Lately, I've been trying to switch up my diet a bit as I get closer and closer to my wedding. I am only occasionally eating dairy and trying where I can to remain plant-based. So essentially, I'm not giving anything up 100%, but I am hoping to make some slight changes in my diet that help my gut and skin, and keep me energized and feeling good.
However, as a result, I've been craving sweets like nobody's business. FML. During one craving-induced evening, I went on Pinterest to try and find some vegan desserts that were both dairy free and animal-product free to try out.
