Goodbye 2015, Hello 2016!

Some of my favorite outfit posts of 2015 below. In 2016, my style resolutions are to photograph more simple, everyday outfits for the blog, incorporate more neutrals into my closet, and buy more classic, timeless pieces - versus buying a bunch of things for a specific event that don't evolve over time.

The below does not feature all of my 2015 looks as that would take up way too much time, but I featured some of my favorites below!

Thanks for following along, hope to see you in 2016!

These two photos were from my absolute favorite shoot that I have ever done, with the talented Russie Denay.  We did both of these shoots in the Presidio right by my apartment during Golden Hour. I've never had a harder time going through photos to choose which ones I wanted on the blog than these two shoots. I was thrilled with the results.

This shoot was also done with an incredibly talented photographer and was only the second shoot I'd ever done! I was definitely a novice here. We went all over the city shooting fun locations and different outfits but this was my absolute favorite. A little red dress and these open-black heels were the perfect compliment to the bus lines in the Haight district.

This shoot was so much fun! I met up with Jasmin Van T and we shot this Spring look near downtown San Francisco and it happened to be super hot this day! I loved the flirty florals and bright colors from the yellow wall that complimented my dress.

This was another super fun shoot I did with Jasmin for my birthday. We found this amazing alleyway that matched my dress and the balloons I ended up buying that said "Happy Birthday" and we had the best time. She even got me a cupcake which we shot with as well!

I loved this outfit! I felt so Audrey Hepburn in this. I wore this outfit wine tasting when it was still pretty hot outside as the wineries had AC blasting and I got so many compliments.

This is another outfit shoot I did in Los Gatos, this old car outside of the hair salon was the perfect backdrop for this casual look.

You'll be able to tell as you continue scrolling that I have a love for over the knee boots. I wear the same ones season after season because they're so comfortable. I've had these Vince Camuto ones for years and there's barely any wear and tear.

This Lulu's dress was/is the perfect spring dress. This can be worn in fall as well with a simple trench coat and beige over the knee boots. I can't wait!

This was one of the more simple outfits I shot this year, a perfect outfit for brunch. My fiancé and I shot this look after we had brunch in North Beach at Park Tavern as it was just slowly transitioning to cooler weather in the city.

This is a fun head to toe H&M look that I shot in Los Gatos right after getting my hair done!

This simple black look is a perfect city look. Boots that aren't too tall to walk around in, and a comfortable Express button up black tie dress.

Neutrals finally coming into play in this outfit I captured in the Presidio near our apartment.

This floral skirt got tons of attention when I wore it a few times this year, and I can't wait to wear it again next spring.

This aztec look was one of my favorites from this year for sure. I love the texture of color in this photo and the mix of the teal necklace and the dark prints.

I love this photo so much because we brought Harlowe along for this shoot and she's looking up at me like mom, what are you doing?! I love this Lulu's dress and I'd just recently gotten these heels and this adorable Ted Baker clutch.

I've still never worn this dress to an event yet! Making it a 2016 resolution to find somewhere to wear it to!

This was one of my most-liked photos on Instagram this year.

This is a simple look I shot before work one day!

Those over the knee boots coming in handy during this fall weather.
