If you saw my T&W Weekly post from a few days back, then you saw that I was in the process of compiling a series of posts on what to wear to your remaining fall and winter weddings and events through the remainder of the year. Many of us have at least a few more weddings, company holiday parties, holiday parties of friends or family, and of course, New Year's Eve! This series aims to give you some ideas on what to wear to these events. These are all items that are completely within any budget, and from places or by designers whom I personally love.
This is the part I of my three-part series and I am so excited to share it with you all! And as you can see from the second photograph below, my baby girl, Harlowe - - made it into this shoot because she didn't want to be away from her mama for too long! Is she the cutest?
This stay all day lipstick in "Beso" from Stila is one of my favorite lip colors I have. I think a staple red lip stain is a must-have in any woman's wardrobe, especially those of us that live in the city. If you're been too afraid to try lipsticks, start with neutrals and then transition to darker colors once you feel more comfortable! I received this lip color in a Birchbox subscription and paired it with a bright red dress from Gap in nearly the same color in a previous post here.
I purchased this dress and these shoes to be paired together for a fall wedding my boyfriend and I have this week. Stay tuned for some Instagram posts coming soon (follow me on Instagram @kyliebrusch) and Snapchat @kgbaby13 to see more from the event! I love the way the shoes peek out throw the long leg-slit, and the way the back delicately buttons leaving just enough to the imagination, and showcasing my rib tattoo.
We found this beautiful green tile background while searching for locations, and it made a great backdrop for this particular photoshoot, don't you think?!
This is just one of many beautiful black outfits that would be great for a number of different venues and events. Let me know what you think of this look in the comments, and stay tuned for part II coming soon!
