District SF

One of my favorite things to do, is Happy Hour it.

I love a good deal, I love a strong drink, and I love spending quality time with my girlfriends considering how crazy our schedules always are. We are at the age and time in our career when we have to plan weeks to months in advance and actually book time on our Outlook calendars to be sure the others don't forget.

District is an adorable wine-bar near my office that as you can tell by the photos, is in an industrial building with masculine features like a red brick wall, and metal accents, with a feminine touch like the beautiful wine glass holder backlit by a few bulbs to make it look like a chandelier.

This was the first time I've ever eaten here and I will admit, it was delicious. I will absolutely be back. We had the prosciutto wrapped dates with goat cheese and walnuts (I'm salivating) and the tuna tartare (stomach, growling). I would absolutely recommend both of these. Not pictured, the sliced and fried avocado and spicy dipping sauce (oh my god good).

Check it out if you're ever in the area!
